In 1975 Hector's Hardware joined the DoIt Best Corporation buying group which has over 4000 member owned stores giving us tremendous buying power and thus allowing us to offer great prices and promotional specials to our customers. We also have 7 distribution centers that carry over 70,000 items with plenty of inventory to supply our nationwide and international customers. One of our online advantages over other vendors is the ability to ship products out of our closest warehouse thus enabling the goods to arrive very quickly. Our fill rate at our warehoses is excellent, at about 97%, so we are very rarely out of merchendise.
Hector's Hardware is a Toro Master Service Center and has won the Toro Award of Excellence. Rinnai,Toyostove,Comfortzone and Toro are warranted through an extensive network of Servicing Dealers-we recommend you check for a service dealer in your area before making your online purchase- in the event you may have a warranty issue. Once the unit is installed and if you do have a warranty issue it must be repaired by a servicing contractor in your area. Although this rarely happens we do want to make you aware of our policy. If you want us to repair you will be responsible for shipping both ways to and from our location. This policy is standard with most heating suppliers.
